We focus on first-lien, short-term loans for experienced Houston investors who buy, renovate, and sell non-owner-occupied properties. Each loan is secured by the property itself and underwritten in-house. From origination to servicing, our platform manages the full loan cycle with disciplined guidelines and real-time technology, giving investors consistent returns, capital protection, and clear visibility across one or multiple loans.

Our own private credit portfolio, AC2 Fund LLC, invests directly in the loans we originate. By funding with in-house capital, we create true alignment — real skin in the game and shared upside. Investors can co-lend at closing, acquire participations in performing loans, or establish their own portfolio and streamline their loan-by-loan deployments.
